WHAT ARE YOUR PRE-ORDER TERMS?

When you pre-order an item, you are able to purchase an item without the stock have being physically received in store.  

Making a pre-order is treated as making a purchase therefore once order is placed, cancellations are not accepted & the same terms & conditions for shipping will apply.

Once you receive your pre-order our returns & exchange policy continues to apply.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless displayed as ‘Sold Out’. If you have an item in your Shopping Bag awaiting payment, it may still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order. Please refresh your shopping cart regularly.

If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion it is out of stock, or there has been error, we will contact you ASAP to arrange an alternative item or refund.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

Your personal online security is of the utmost important to us. We do NOT store any of your credit card details, nor do we have access to this information. We use PAYPAL - processes our credit and debit card payments OR credit card payment at checkout. The credit card payment option is valid for VISA and MASTERCARD only.
