PAYMENT & SALES
Hot Pink Avenue offer two payment methods: Credit (Visa & Mastercard)/Debit Card and PayPal. Both payment options are securely processed via the PayPal checkout service. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option.

The currency displayed on hotpinkavenue.com.au is in Australian dollars (AUD).
- All Australian orders over $100 AUD: Free Express Shipping
- All Australian orders under $100 are a Flat Rate of $10 Express Shipping
- All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with Tracking
- Additional shipping charges may apply for bulky orders and will be automatically calculated by our website
- International orders start from $20, additional shipping charges may apply for bulky orders and will be automatically calculated by our website
Within Australia: After the order is processed & packed, it takes between 1-3 delivery days if you are in a major metro area. For all regional areas, please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. All orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day.
International delivery is estimated to be received within 7-12 business days.
If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post it is then property of Australia Post. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome.
REFUND & RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Hot Pink Avenue.
We accept items to be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods for a store credit or exchange of size only.
Hot Pink Avenue offers a store credit which is valid for 12 months for all change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. The credit note will be issued for the product cost if the garment is returned in it's original condition with tags attached.
Items for exchange must adhere to the following policy:
1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging
2. Have no signs of wear, stains, body odour, perfume etc
3. Returned within 7 days of receiving the item
4. Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged and are final sales when purchasing
Please note you will not be credited for your initial postage fee nor compensated for your return postage fee. This is up to the buyer to return goods back to Hot Pink Avenue.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault you must promptly notify our customer care team via email with a description of the fault, the product name, size and an image of the fault. In the instance of a fault you will be offered a replacement garment first. If this garment is out of stock and cannot be replaced, you are then entitled to a full refund.

Hot Pink Avenue reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
Once your return is processed successfully, your credit code voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 12 months from the issued date.
